KG polymer pre-paved anti-adhesive waterproof coiled material (EPDM rubber) is a multi-layer composite waterproof coiled material specially developed for underground engineering and tunnel engineering, which can form a firm anti-adhesive with concrete structure pre-paved. The coiled material takes polymer rubber (EPDM rubber) sheet as the main waterproof material, and the polymer waterproof sheet is covered with polyester tire cloth to form a single-sided or double-sided polyester tire composite polymer waterproof coiled material product.
The principle of pre-paving and anti-sticking is: before the initial setting of the post-pouring concrete structure, the concrete will produce cross-linking and meshing reaction with the self-adhesive layer of the coiled material under the action of gravity, and the physical adsorption and tenon effect will be produced during the cement curing process, so that the coiled material and the post-pouring concrete will be firmly bonded together and not easily separated, forming a gap-free combination between the waterproof layer and the concrete structure, it can solve the problem of water channeling caused by the non-bonding between the traditional waterproofing membrane and the structural concrete, eliminate the hidden danger of water channeling, and effectively provide the reliability of the waterproofing system.
The pre-paving and anti-sticking process is as follows: any side of the polyester cloth of KG polymer pre-paved and anti-sticking waterproof coiled material (EPDM rubber) is laid on the base surface facing the structural layer, and then the structural concrete is poured to closely combine the concrete slurry with the coiled material layer. After the concrete solidifies, the coiled material and the structural concrete surface produce strong adhesion.

Note:
1. When welding steel bars on the coil, protect the coil to avoid damage to the coil due to welding or puncture.
2. During the construction of large-area waterproofing membrane, the lap of the long side of the membrane shall not be less than 80mm, and the lap of the short side shall not be less than 100mm.
3. The short side joints of two adjacent rows of coils should be staggered by more than 300mm to avoid uneven bonding of coils caused by overlapping of multi-layer joints.
4. When laying the wet base surface, the base surface should be flat and firm, without open water.
5. The overlapping areas at the ends of the coils shall be staggered.
