Product Description:
KG polyester tire-backed EPDM waterproofing membrane uses aging-resistant EPDM rubber as the base material, adds reinforcing agent, filler, antioxidant, anti-ultraviolet agent, accelerator, etc. to make compound rubber, and then forms a polymer waterproofing membrane product backed by polyester tire with polyester non-woven fabric coated and permeated with EPDM rubber coating in advance through calender laminating, embossing, inspection and other processes.
Product features:
1. Weather resistance, excellent aging performance and long service life.
2. High tensile strength, high elongation, puncture resistance, strong adaptability to base expansion or cracking, and small shrinkage deformation on the roof.
3. During the construction of this product, a large number of fibers on the surface of the backing polyester tire penetrate and bond with the cement slurry at the base level, the coil and the base level are firmly bonded, the edge is not easy to be detached, and the bonding is firm, thus preventing aging, mildew, hydrolysis, water string and other problems. It can be constructed on wet base surface or dry base surface to form a complete waterproof system, fundamentally solve the construction problem of waterproofing system failure caused by "water channeling.
4. Full stick and cold construction can be realized on the base surface with water content exceeding 8% as long as there is no Daming water or the base surface is uneven. The operation is simple, the adaptability is wide, and the base surface does not need to be smooth.
