Product Description:
KG double-sided non-vulcanized EPDM rubber waterproofing membrane is made of EPDM rubber compound as the base material, combined with non-vulcanized EPDM rubber coating coated and permeated polyester non-woven fabric, through calender bonding, embossing, inspection and other processes, to form a double-sided polyester tire composite polymer waterproofing membrane product. After construction, it is continuously vulcanized and crosslinked with time, gradually reaching a positive vulcanization state, with better product performance, and then making the waterproof performance more stable, increase the service life.
Product features:
1. The product reaches the semi-vulcanized state through heating and shaping, and is cross-linked again during use to achieve positive vulcanization, which prolongs the aging process of the product, so as to achieve long service life, aging resistance, excellent ozone resistance, convenient construction, and adhesion. Strong and other characteristics.
2. High tensile strength, high elongation, puncture resistance, strong adaptability to base expansion or cracking, small shrinkage deformation on the roof, high temperature 100 ℃, low temperature resistance -40 ℃.
3. During the construction of this product, a large number of fibers on the surface of the backing polyester tire and the cement slurry at the base layer penetrate and bond each other, the coil and the base layer are firmly bonded, and the edge is not easy to be detached and bonded firmly, thus preventing aging, mildew, hydrolysis, water string and other problems. It can be constructed on wet base surface or dry base surface to form a complete waterproof system, fundamentally solve the construction problem of waterproofing system failure caused by "water channeling.
4. Full stick and cold construction can be realized on the base surface with water content exceeding 8% as long as there is no Daming water or the base surface is uneven and bad. The operation is simple, the adaptability is wide, and the base surface does not need to be smooth. It is convenient to better complete the target quantities in basement and large-scale engineering construction, speed up the construction progress, avoid delaying the construction period, and is one to two times the construction speed of ordinary waterproof coiled material.
5. Especially suitable for two waterproof design and additional layer construction.
6. Light weight, wide use temperature range; low comprehensive cost, no leveling layer on the base surface, do waterproof layer directly on the cast-in-place surface.

The waterproofing membrane adopts cold construction, suitable for the roof waterproofing of various prefabricated, cast-in-place industrial and civil buildings in the south and north, as well as the moisture-proof and anti-leakage of bathrooms and toilets, especially suitable for the waterproofing works of bridges, tunnels, dams and civil air defense basements of Class I and II buildings.

Note:
1. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse.
2. It should be placed upright or flat, and the height should not exceed 5 rolls when placed flat.
3. Outdoor waterproof works shall not be constructed in rainy days, wind of level 5 or above. After the waterproof layer is completed, protective measures shall be taken when it rains before the binder is cured.
4. The coil construction should be carried out in the ambient temperature range of 5~35 ℃.
