Method of use
1. Mixing ratio: about 0.28 liters of clear water per 1kg of powder. First, pour a proper amount of clean water into the net container, and gradually add the plugging king while stirring rapidly until a uniform viscous putty-like powder without unity is formed.
2. Quick repair: chisel the concrete around the leak or crack into a "v" groove with a width and depth of 20mm. Rinse or blow clean all loose particles, dust and debris on the base surface, thoroughly wet the place to be repaired, then plug the stirred plugging king into cracks or holes, and ensure that it is completely filled to ensure that it forms a good structural bonding.
3. Maintenance: After the coating hardens, immediately carry out moisturizing maintenance to prevent pulverization, and the curing period is generally 2 to 3 days. The first curing should avoid damage to the coating. The curing method can be water spraying, covering wet fabric, coating curing liquid, etc.
Precautions
This product is susceptible to moisture, in order to avoid moisture caused by quality changes, should be properly kept to prevent material packaging damage, should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool warehouse. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. After the expiration, the package is observed to be free from damage and the material is free from agglomeration. It can still be used when the field test meets the standard requirements without affecting its effect.
