Product Description:
KG EPDM membrane binder is based on the characteristics of polymer reinforced composite waterproofing membrane, specially developed a special high molecular polymer, formed after high temperature drying powder. This product is soluble in water, with high flexibility, high weather resistance and high bonding strength, and a variety of base surface bonding firm. The cement glue made after mixing with cement has good impermeability, water retention, water resistance, special envoy for EPDM, polypropylene/polyester and other composite waterproofing membrane bonding.

1. Effectively prevent moisture penetration, in a humid environment can also maintain a good waterproof impermeability effect.
2. It has good weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, durability, and can maintain the waterproof effect for a long time.

Scope of application
1. Waterproof works on the ground such as toilet, bath, basement, granary and swimming pool.
2. Exterior wall insulation polystyrene board bonding, all kinds of ceramic tile, dry stick stone, granite construction gypsum products bonding.
3. EPDM waterproofing membrane, polypropylene/polyester composite waterproofing membrane, self-adhesive waterproofing membrane and other waterproof materials.
Key points of construction
1. Construction must be strictly in accordance with the design regulations.
2. Base surface treatment: The base surface shall be smooth, clean, free of open water, floating ash, oil stain, hollowing, unevenness and cracks shall be leveled first, and the internal angle shall be made into arc angle.
3. Preparation method: According to the proportion (1:100), the binder and cement are dry mixed evenly, and then water is added while stirring until there is no coagulum, no precipitation and no foam.
4. Composite paving with coiled material: First, pre-place the coiled material for 3~12 meters at the laying site, and fix it in the middle after finding the alignment direction. Then, roll one end of the coil to a fixed place, brush the adhesive, and after one end is painted, roll the other end of the pre-placed coil back to the position where it has been pasted, and paste it continuously until the whole width. In the paste coil at the same time, in the upper surface of the coil with a scraper will be the bonding surface exhaust compaction, squeeze out the excess part of the adhesive, so that the coil close to the base layer. The coil shall not be pulled too tightly during paving to prevent the coil from rebounding, and there shall be no wrinkles, hollowing, etc. The lap joint of the coil and the coil can be directly pasted with adhesive.
5. Maintenance: After the final setting of the coating, moisturizing maintenance shall be carried out for a total of 3 days.
Precautions
1. The construction temperature range is 5~35 ℃, and it is forbidden to construct in rain, snow and strong wind environment;
2. The prepared binder should be used up within 4 hours, and the water can be replenished at any time when used, but the total amount shall not exceed 70% of the cement weight;
3. Material storage: prevent rain, exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision during product transportation, and store in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse at not less than 5 ℃.
Reference Dosage
When the coating thickness is 1mm, the dosage is about 1.5kg/m2.
