KG is a kind of single component, dry powder material made of imported polymer resin, high quality inorganic silicate material and special additives.
Product features:

Key points of construction
Basic requirements
1. Construction must be strictly in accordance with the design regulations.
2. Base surface treatment: The base surface shall be smooth, clean, free of open water, floating ash, oil stain and hollowing. The uneven and cracks shall be leveled first, and the leakage shall be blocked first. The dry base surface shall be moistened with water before construction, but there shall be no accumulated water.
Method of use
1. First add water to the barrel, then add powder according to the proportion, mix the weight ratio of powder: water = 4:1 (depending on the construction environment), fully stir with an electric mixer, stir evenly and then park for 5-10 minutes, slightly stir to construct.
2. Paste ceramic tiles: use a spatula to evenly scrape the adhesive mud on the base layer with a thickness of about 2~3mm, and apply the adhesive mud in batches to the back of ceramic tiles or stones, comb with a tooth-shaped spatula, knead the ceramic tiles or stones and paste them on the adhesive mud base layer, and then carry out the next caulking work after the adhesive mud is completely dried (about 24 hours).
3. Waterproof layer construction: the base layer shall be moistened first, and the mixed Yigu mud shall be scraped 2-3 times according to the design thickness. The scraping thickness shall be consistent, and uneven thickness shall not occur. The second construction shall be carried out after the first Yigu mud is dry, and the last one shall be compacted and leveled. For the parts that are prone to cracking, the alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth can be used to strengthen. After being dried, the glue is sprinkled and cured to ensure its waterproof effect.
Precautions
1. The prepared slurry should be used as soon as it is prepared. The prepared slurry should be used up within 2 hours to prevent it from becoming hard. Dried slurry can not be re-used with water.
2. The product shall be transported to prevent rain, exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision, and shall be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse at not less than 5 ℃.
3. The construction temperature of 5~35 ℃, try to avoid outdoor construction in high temperature, frost, direct sunlight or windy and rainy weather.
Reference Dosage
When the film thickness is 1mm, the dosage is about 1.5~1.8kg/m2.
