Product Description:
KG cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is a powder material synthesized by a special process of high-performance active masterbatch, Portland cement and quartz sand.
Product features:
1. The product is non-toxic, non-polluting, green and environmentally friendly, and safe to use.
2. In the concrete structure of the back surface and the surface of the water can be used for construction.
3. Suitable for wet (no water) on the grass-roots construction.
4. No need to do protective layer after construction.
5. No construction joints, easy to use, simple to operate.
6. It can naturally heal cracks below 0.1mm, protect steel bars and prevent corrosion of steel bars.
Scope of application
1. Waterproof and anti-seepage works of swimming pool, drinking water pool, sewage pool, ornamental pool and dam.
2. Waterproof and anti-seepage works for basement, underground sewer, elevator shaft, balcony and toilet.

Key points of construction
Basic requirements
1. Construction must be strictly in accordance with the design regulations.
2. Base surface treatment: the base surface is required to be smooth, firm, clean, free of open water and oil stains. The uneven and cracks must be leveled first, and the leakage must be blocked first. The dry base surface needs to be watered before construction, but there can be no accumulated water.
Use Reference
1. Coating method: first add water into the barrel, then add powder according to the proportion, mix the weight ratio of powder: water = 4:1 (depending on the construction environment), fully stir with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes, and then use a brush or roller to paint vertically on the treated base surface, with an interval of about 3-4 hours and a thickness of 1mm, the dosage is about 1.5~2.0kg/㎡.
2. Dry powder spreading method: the material is evenly sprinkled on the wet cushion before the cushion is poured concrete, which should be completed within half an hour before the concrete pouring. The dosage is about 1.5~2.0kg/㎡.
3. The method of tamping with light: when the newly poured concrete plane just reaches the initial set, the material is evenly spread on the surface, and then calendered with a trowel or machine. The dosage is about 1.5~2.0kg/㎡.
4. maintenance: under natural conditions for about 4 days of maintenance (sprinkling), for too dry construction environment can be covered with wet blanket maintenance.
Precautions
1. The prepared slurry shall be used as it is prepared, and the dried slurry shall not be reused with water.
2. The product shall be transported to prevent rain, exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision, and shall be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse at not less than 5 ℃.
3. The construction temperature of 5~35 ℃, try to avoid outdoor construction in high temperature, frost, direct sunlight or windy and rainy weather.
Product shelf life is 12 months.
Reference Dosage
When the thickness of waterproof coating is 1mm, the dosage is about 1.5~2.0kg/m2.
