KG polymer cement waterproof mortar is a one-component, dry powder material prepared by importing high-performance polymer dry powder, high-quality inorganic silicate materials and special additives.

Scope of application

1. It is suitable for high-rise, multi-storey, medium and high-rise buildings such as exterior walls, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, floors, windows, through-wall pipelines, floors, ports, docks, roads and bridges, pools, sewage treatment plants and civil buildings. Various required mortar acid, alkali and anti-corrosion projects.

  Key points of construction

Basic requirements

1. Construction must be strictly in accordance with the design regulations.

2. Base surface treatment: the base surface is required to be smooth, clean, free of open water, floating ash, oil stain and hollowing. The surface of porous material shall be soaked with water in advance. The surface of steel base shall be cleaned of floating rust. The uneven and cracks shall be leveled first. The leakage shall be blocked first. The dry base surface shall be wetted with water before construction, but there shall be no accumulated water.

Method of use

1. First add water to the barrel, then add powder according to the proportion, mix the weight ratio of powder: water = 4:1 (depending on the construction environment), and use an electric mixer to fully stir until uniform and no agglomeration can be constructed.

2. Use a spatula to paint vertically and horizontally on the treated base surface, with an interval of about 3~4 hours for each passage. In order to avoid needle holes, the construction shall follow the principle of compatibility between the elevation first and the horizontal and vertical planes. Scrape at least twice during construction to avoid leakage and ensure waterproof effect.

3. The drying time of the coating is related to the ambient temperature, relative humidity of the air and other factors. If there are slight cracks on the surface of the coating after drying or the phenomenon of leakage during construction, it is only necessary to use this product to repair the defects.
 

  Precautions

1. The prepared slurry should be used as soon as it is prepared. The prepared slurry should be used up within 2 hours to prevent it from being stiffened. The dried slurry cannot be reused with water.

2. The product shall be transported to prevent rain, exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision, and shall be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse at not less than 5 ℃.

3. The construction temperature of 5~35 ℃, try to avoid outdoor construction in high temperature, frost, direct sunlight or windy and rainy weather.

When the coating thickness is 1mm, the dosage is about 1.5~1.8kg/㎡
