Product Description:
KG-921 polyurethane waterproof coating is a one-component polyurethane waterproof coating made of isocyanate, polyether polyol and other main raw materials by addition polymerization reaction, and is made of various additives by mixing and other processes.
Product features:
1. The product has high strength, high elongation, high solid content and strong bonding force.
2. Natural leveling, strong adaptability to the grass-roots level, can overcome the leakage caused by subtle cracking at the grass-roots level.
3. Normal temperature construction, simple operation, non-toxic and harmless, excellent weather resistance and aging resistance.
4. It can be used immediately after opening the barrel, without measuring and mixing with other materials, avoiding unstable quality caused by inaccurate measurement and uneven mixing, and ensuring stable product quality and waterproof effect of the project.
Scope of application
This product can be widely used in various roofs, basements, kitchens, toilets and baths, sewage pools, non-drinking water pools, bridges and other parts of the waterproof and anti-seepage project; can also be used for a variety of pipes, tanks and other equipment anti-corrosion engineering.

Key points of construction
1. Construction must be strictly in accordance with the design regulations.
2. Base surface treatment: The base surface is required to be smooth, firm, clean, free of open water and oil stains. The uneven and cracks must be leveled first, the leakage must be blocked first, and the yin and yang corners should be made into circular arcs. Coating construction shall be carried out after the base surface is accepted.
3. Coating method: uniform coating with rubber or plastic scraper, each coating thickness is generally 0.5~0.8mm, should be divided into 2~3 times coating, after the brush should be in the previous brush after curing film and to different directions.
Pay attention to the following when coating:
(1) After the paint is opened, it should be used up once, and the use time should be controlled within half an hour; when the paint has a long storage period, there may be a layer of precipitation at the bottom of the paint or a layer of crust on the surface, and the use after stirring or removing the crust does not affect the use effect.
(2) The coating should be as uniform as possible to avoid local deposition or uneven overall thickness.
Precautions
1. The construction should be carried out in a well-ventilated environment. The construction site should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment. During construction, safety helmets and gloves should be worn. It is strictly prohibited to smoke or use open flames on site.
2. The product shall be transported to prevent rain, exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision, and shall be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse at not less than 5 ℃.
3. The construction temperature of 5-35 ℃, try to avoid outdoor construction in high temperature, frost, direct sunlight or windy and rainy weather.
4. The paint can be used directly after opening the barrel without adding any diluent. If it needs to be added, the relevant technical personnel of the manufacturer must be consulted, and the drying speed of the product can be used in an area after being verified on site. This product cannot be overheated.
Product shelf life is 6 months.
Reference Dosage
When the thickness of waterproof coating is 1mm, the dosage is about 1.5~1.8kg/m2.
