Product Description:

KG non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a new type of waterproof material developed and produced by our company. The material is a waterproof coating made of high molecular polymer, asphalt and other materials through special modifiers and additives.

This product is heated into a fluid state on the spot and scraped (or sprayed) on the base to form a waterproof layer with strong adhesion, excellent creep and self-healing properties and excellent aging resistance. This product will not be cured after being placed for a long time after construction, maintaining the original performance of the waterproof material and improving the service life of the waterproof layer.

This product can effectively solve the problems of waterproof layer fracture, flexural fatigue or premature aging under high stress caused by the cracking stress of the base layer transmitted to the waterproof layer. At the same time, the creep function of the material has viscosity, which enables it to close the capillary holes and tiny cracks of the base layer well and effectively solve the problem of water channeling of the waterproof layer. It can also solve the compatibility problem when the existing waterproof coiled material and waterproof coating are combined.

This product can not only be used as an independent waterproof layer, but also form a composite waterproof layer with waterproof membrane.

　　Key points of construction

1. Base treatment: when the surface of the base is obviously uneven, cement mortar should be used to smooth it. Pipes, embedded parts and equipment foundation passing through the waterproof layer shall be buried and installed before the construction of the waterproof layer. The gap between the pipeline and the structure shall be sealed with fine aggregate concrete or polymer waterproof mortar. Use a broom or hair dryer to clean up the grass-roots mortar and construction waste. The accepted base shall be flat and solid, and the drainage slope shall meet the design requirements. The base may be wet, but there shall be no open water.

2. Construction of detailed additional layer: 1mm non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating shall be scraped on the roof rain inlet, roof outlet pipe root, female and male angle of parapet, gutter and other places to strengthen treatment.

3. coating construction: coating can be scraping or spraying method of construction. Turn on the extrusion pump, extrude the non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating to the base layer, and scrape it evenly without revealing the bottom. The thickness of scrape coating is determined according to the design requirements.

4. Sticking the coiled material: Sticking the coiled material on the surface of the waterproof coating that has been completed. It is required that the paving is straight, flat and free of wrinkles. The lap width of the coiled material is 100mm, and the lap part adopts the form of cold adhesion. Scraping or spraying the non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating within the lap width of the coiled material does not require surface drying time. The coiled material at the lap part can be directly constructed and rolled.

　　Precautions

1. After the detailed treatment and strengthening layer are completed, large area spray/scraping construction can be carried out.

2. Before spraying, it is necessary to heat the spraying pipeline to prevent blockage. After the spraying construction is completed, the remaining materials in the pipeline and spray gun are sprayed for the next use.

3. During transportation, prevent rain, exposure, extrusion, collision, and keep the packaging intact.

4. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place to prevent direct sunlight. The storage temperature should not be higher than 40 ℃, and the storage period is 12 months.

　　Reference Dosage

When the thickness of waterproof coating is 2mm, the dosage is about 2.5kg/m2.
