KG-JS polymer cement waterproof coating is a polymer water-based coating made of high-performance organic polymer acrylic emulsion as the main body, adding thickeners, defoamers, fungicides and other additives, processed by a special process, mixed with a certain proportion of cement to form a waterproof, anti-seepage, anti-corrosion coating. This product has excellent adhesion, impermeability, crack resistance, durability and acid and alkali resistance, convenient construction, has significant environmental benefits, is a new generation of green environmental protection waterproof material.

Key points of construction
1. Construction must be strictly in accordance with the design regulations.
2. Base surface treatment: The base surface shall be smooth, clean, free of open water, floating ash, oil stain, hollowing, unevenness and cracks shall be leveled first, and the internal angle shall be made into arc angle.
3. Configuration of paint: prepare the paint in strict accordance with the proportion provided by the manufacturer, add powder while stirring with a mixer, and fully stir until the material does not contain aggregates, and then the construction can be carried out.
4. coating: with roller or brush coating, according to the design requirements, according to the thin coating layer by layer construction. The time interval between the layers before a layer of coating dry solid not sticky hand shall prevail, the construction of the protective layer in the last waterproof layer completely dry solid after.
Attention should be paid to the following matters when coating
(1) The paint (especially the bottom material of the barrel) should be stirred evenly at any time if there is precipitation. When dipping, stir several times at the bottom of the barrel to avoid precipitation;
(2) The coating should be as uniform as possible without local deposition. The coating must be taken according to the specified dosage, and the cutting should not be too thick or too thin;
(3) If the thickness of the final waterproof layer is not enough, one or several layers can be added.
Precautions
1. Can not be constructed below 0 ℃ or in the rain.
2. Ordinary Portland cement above 32.5(R) shall be used.
3. The coating drying time is affected by the coating thickness and weather, and should be adjusted according to the site environment.
4. After the paint is mixed and formulated, the available time is about 1 hour. After the paint thickens and hardens over time, water cannot be added for reuse.
5. Product transport to prevent rain, exposure, cold, to avoid extrusion collision. It should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse at not less than 5 ℃. Product shelf life is 6 months.
Reference Dosage
When the thickness of waterproof coating film is 1mm, the dosage of liquid material is about 1.5kg/㎡ for Type I, 1.1kg/㎡ for Type II and 0.6kg/㎡ for Type III.
