Product Introduction:
KG water-based polyurethane waterproof coating is a chemically reactive material—a highly soluble, water-soluble polymer compound obtained through the reaction of various polymer resins. When applied, the material is directly brushed onto the waterproof substrate, where it cross-links and cures to form an elastic, rubber-like coating that provides effective waterproofing.
Product features:
1. Good waterproof performance
This product is water-based; after coating and curing, it forms a seamless, integral, elastic waterproof layer with high strength and elongation. It exhibits excellent adaptability to cracking or expansion of the substrate.
2. Excellent elongation and aging resistance performance
The elongation at break exceeds 300%, exhibiting strong adaptability to cracking at the base layer, excellent freeze-thaw resistance, and superior low-temperature flexibility. It maintains stable performance under the effects of ultraviolet radiation, heat, light, and oxygen, and boasts a long service life.
3. Strong adhesion to the substrate
The coating waterproofing material exhibits strong adhesion to materials such as concrete, wood, metal, ceramics, and asbestos tiles.
4. Good construction performance
(1) The construction is safe and simple, and can be carried out on a variety of substrates, including both moist and dry surfaces. It has low requirements for the moisture content of the substrate—construction is possible as long as the moisture content is below 15%.
(2) Excellent film-forming performance, no bubbling, fast curing, and short construction period.
5. Non-woven fabric can be incorporated into the construction.
No organic solvents are required—simply dilute with water for use. When applying, you can add non-woven fabric or glass fiber to enhance strength.

Roofing: concrete, sloped roofs, gutters, canopies and irregular roof surfaces, underground structures, concrete interior walls, exterior walls, flooring, electricity
Ladder pits, underground tunnels, caissons, pipelines, and the like.
Joints: expansion joints, construction joints, wall penetration joints, wall penetration pipes, and drain outlets.

Precautions
1. Material Storage: Strictly prohibit exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight. If the container lid is opened, seal it tightly immediately after use. At 0℃, take care to prevent freezing.
2. If there is sediment, it will not affect the quality; simply stir well and it’s ready for normal use.
3. When the coating is too thick, a film forms on the surface, inhibiting the evaporation of internal moisture. It is advisable to apply thin coats in multiple layers.
4. The drying time of the coating is affected by the coating thickness and weather conditions; adjustments should be made according to the on-site environment.
Reference dosage
When the waterproof coating film thickness is 1 mm, the consumption rate is approximately 2.0 kg/㎡.
